Section 13
Reconciliation or opportunity to reconcile:
(1) Before deciding any case, the court shall give an opportunity to the parties to settle the matter or adopt the process of conciliation.
(2) When given an opportunity according to sub-section (1), if the parties agree to settle or to adopt a process of conciliation, regardless of the issue at any level, a settlement can be reached or a settlement can be reached by adopting a process of conciliation.
